By accessing this webpage, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in a legally binding agreement between Sariga Staffing Solutions (“Merchant”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and the User (“you” or “your”). 1. Eligibility

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms, to become a party to a legally binding agreement, and to perform your obligations hereunder.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to sarigastaffingsolutions.com where the Merchant offers professional certifications and staffing services.
• “Transaction” refers to the order placed by the User to purchase digital services/certifications by paying the Transaction Amount.
• “Payment Instrument” includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other methods supported by our payment gateway.

3. Merchant's Rights & Responsibilities

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. You agree that we may collect, store, and share the information provided by you in order to deliver the digital services availed on our Platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Actions

You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information (Name, Email, Phone) for the purpose of fulfilling the Transaction. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Circumventing security features or attempting to bypass access restrictions.
• Systematically retrieving data to compile a database without written permission.
• Using information obtained from the Platform to harass or harm another person.
• Uploading viruses or malicious code that interferes with the Platform’s operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that the only recourse in the event of a deficiency in service or a service which does not match the provided description is to initiate the refund process as per our Refund Policy. We expressly disclaim any liability for any indirect losses.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
